Refunds & Replacements
Saras Che Snacks sells food products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Eligible issues: • Damaged product received
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing item in the order

• Share your order number and clear unboxing photos/videos
Resolution: After verification, we may provide a replacement or a refund (full or partial) depending on the issue.
Not eligible: • Change of mind after delivery
• Items damaged due to incorrect storage after delivery
• Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. If you want to cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order.
